Palani Dhandayuthapani Swamy Temple

Palani Dhandayuthapani Swamy Temple is one of the six abodes of Lord Murugan (Arupadai Veedu), perched on the Palani hills in Dindigul district.

Millions of pilgrims climb the hill steps or take the winch ropeway for darshan of the sacred idol. The temple is especially crowded during Thai Poosam and Panguni Uthiram.
